Southeast along roads to Marchwood and then briefky circling north around the naval depot (now housing). South and west through Marchwood and southeast along roads and a nice path to Hythe. South along a path and then looped around the oil refinery boundary. Southeast through Fawley and down to pub and then round the coast past the power station to Calshot. Southwest along the beach and then inland before heading southwest and south to Lepe. Back north to Langley to get a bush to Rushington and then followed the boardwalk through Eling back to the car
