West along roads and paths and via a playground to a site of the first trig within the middle of a building site. North briefly and then east and then northeast across the park via another playground and around via yet another playground to the library. Zigzagged east along roads to the park and the fourth playground and then west and southwest to the canal. Followed the tow path round with a glimpse of a kingfisher and back to the car
